How corporate German works
Every employee is assessed before teaching begins and placed at the right level on the Common European Framework, from A1 through to C2. Objectives are agreed with you and tied to your industry.
Where staff are at mixed levels, they are grouped by level, and progress is measured against the objectives agreed with you.
Teaching is built on the tasks the job requires: writing emails and reports in German, chairing and contributing in meetings, giving presentations to colleagues and clients, and handling contract negotiations when precise wording matters.
Training delivered at your London office
Lessons take place at your office during the working day, which keeps attendance consistent. Teaching is one-to-one or in groups of up to six, with the same tutor throughout.
Course material is provided. Your tutor writes up notes after each lesson, and delegates can access these and all course material online.
Lessons can also run online for staff in other offices or working from home, with the same tutor.
Reporting for HR and L&D
You receive written progress reports at agreed intervals, with each employee’s CEFR level at the start and at review, and a record of objectives met. The CEFR level gives you an internationally recognised measure of how each person progresses.
Reporting supports the business case for language training, which strengthens communication with German-speaking clients and colleagues, builds long-lasting relationships and helps staff work successfully in the DACH region. German lessons can provide a high return on investment.

Business German for individual employees
Employees can also be trained one to one. For a new hire joining a German company, or someone preparing for a move to the DACH region, private German lessons are the right format. Where an employee needs to progress quickly before a posting or deadline, an intensive German course covers the same ground in less time.

Do you teach teams within a company?
Yes. In-company German training is delivered in person at your London offices, either one to one or in small groups, and scheduled around the working day.
How many delegates can be in a group?
Up to six.
Can training be built around our industry?
Yes. Vocabulary, texts and role-plays come from your sector and your team’s own work.
Do you cover German business culture as well as the language?
Yes. Training covers the Sie and du distinction and when it changes, the directness German colleagues expect, how meetings are run and decisions recorded, and titles and forms of address in writing.
What are your payment terms?
We invoice at the end of each calendar month, with payment due within 30 days.
